Planning and Design

We start every project with a needs assessment. Our team will work directly with you to design a low-voltage infrastructure that supports your needs now and into the future. This process includes a detailed statement of work, drawings and a project estimate.

Implementation

Our team of experts will install your infrastructure on time and on budget. We will work seamlessly with your other vendors (construction teams, space designers, electricians, furniture installers, etc.) to ensure the project's flawless execution. At project completion, we will provide the cabling test results and as-built documentation.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Your cabling infrastructure has a longer life than any other segment of your network. We work hard to make sure it continues to meet your needs over the long term. This includes, the installation of additional cabling and working with changes in your space to accommodate growth or reorganization. We have the skill and equipment to troubleshoot low-voltage and fiber optic cabling.

Outside Plant

Datacom Connect along with its partnerships can assist with outside plant (OSP) installation. This includes designing, detailed drawings and cost estimates. OSP includes directional boring, aerial installation, hand-hole and man-hole installation. Fiber and Copper cabling, this includes installation, termination, splicing and testing.
